Blurb: Jaxson Dane is harboring a secret.

Not the fact that he’s a geeky comic book lover, or that he secretly draws his own comic, Bunny Fu Ninja Warrior. It’s not even classified information that he’s out and proud!

His secret is the shame that he’s a twenty-three-year-old virgin.
Jaxson isn’t waiting for marriage or even afraid of taking that step, he just hasn’t found the one guy who will accept all of his adorkable qualities. Due to an unfortunate mishap with a self-pleasuring apparatus and his favorite appendage, Jaxson meets
Tyler Mason. The emerald-green-eyed nurse is a witness to the mortifying incident, leaving Jaxon both grateful and disappointed in their one-time meeting.

And then Tyler somehow shows up at Jaxon’s family dinner. The very dinner at which Jaxson’s hidden virginity is revealed to everyone, including the captivating nurse.

Even though he secretly found the ER situation hilarious, Tyler is also able to look past it to see Jaxson’s genuine nature and is drawn to the charming and hapless comic book artist. He’s tempted to pursue the inexperienced Jaxson, but a recent and life-altering decision puts a damper on his wants and desires. However, the more time they spent together, the more willing he is to take the risk of juggling his new commitments and winning Jaxon’s affections.

A large, insane, and meddlesome family, two prying co-workers, and a sexy nurse are all trying to give Jaxson a crash course in Sex Ed. Will he pass?

This book is filled with sarcastic humor, questionable language and laugh-out-loud moments. The author takes no responsibility in you soiling yourself in laughter. It also contains hot and steamy moments between men. Recommended for +18

If the author’s goal was to have the reader, busting a gut—at inopportune times—laughing uncontrollably and smiling profusely, she nailed it!

Sex Ed by ZB Heller is hilarious, with a family that knows no bounds, when it comes to humiliating their children... but it’s all in the name of love.

The story follows Jaxson, a twenty-three-year-old virgin, a nerdy, geeky, socially awkward, shy boy who is accident-prone and gets tongue-tied easily, along with his twin sister, Sophie, and their friends.

Secretly, Jaxson’s passion is drawing comics—something he’s very good at—but he has low self-esteem and fear of rejection keeps him from seeking, or sharing, his ideas with a publisher.

After a rather embarrassing encounter with a sex toy, Jaxson ends up in the ER for "a little removal assistance" and he meets Tyler, a twenty-five-year-old nurse, who instantly takes a liking to Jaxson.

However, Tyler has some family obligations he is trying to work through so he’s not sure if he should pursue anything more with Jaxson. Fortunately, it’s not left up to him as the matter has been decided for him (as in meddling family).

Once Jaxson’s secret is exposed, he is mortified, but Tyler is not put off by Jaxson’s virginity and is attracted to him even more. He wants to be the one to teach Jaxson sex education and I must say he was a quick learner.

Sex Ed is fast-paced and very funny with lots of banter between everyone. This is a romantic comedy, with more comedy than romance, however, the constant bickering between the secondary characters became too much and overshadowed the main story. Unfortunately, this caused me to skip pages in order to get back to Jaxson and Tyler.

Overall, Sex Ed is a sweet and enjoyable read that was hot and hilarious and despite the friends taking up too much page time, I would still highly recommend.
